Why GOD is not a luck …

I was in my balcony last night, looking at stars, enjoying the pitch dark night, the complete silence, the winter cold environment … I looked up at the sky, I had a thought.

“Is God a luck” …

and Here’s my take on that …

stay with me for this …

.

.

.

Let’s say we let 1024 people stand up in a row, with coins in their hand and ask them to flip …

We let the people who got tale sit and other stand up …

we know, its about half of the population.. so 512 left .. tale sit down, heads stand up ..

They flip their coins again and roughly 256 sit down and others stand up,

They flip their coins again and 128 get tale,

and then 64

and 32

and 16 –8

and 4 — 2

& there’s this one person that remains at the end with head on his coin …

.

.

See everyone got chance to flip a coin but there’s this one person at the end ..

Well he is …

the only person …

who flipped the coin …

right on head …

for 10 consecutive timessssssssss …

that’s impossible!

think on this …

is that person a GOD?

.

.anyways

.

so PRESS goes to that person and asks how do you feel .. and that man goes like, “well I felt that’s heads energy half way through and I kind of knew I’m gonna win, I prayed .. and blah blah blah ” ..

did PRESS go to those, who felt exactly the same way but did not make it because they are on the way to home now, they are not there for the interview…

With this all, what that guy don’t understand ( or ‘we don’t understand’ for that matter) is that every time we do the same, someone’s gonna flip heads 10 times in a row …

so we don’t know how to handle coincidences or probabilities very well… or things that are rare to you but are common all over … that’s all it means.

so believe this or not, whatever GOD is, GOD is not a luck …

looking at those who believe something happened because of the luck, I just see a profound inability of us as humans to understand statistics… Simple as that.
