Do you know the best way to compensate/to enjoy every thought of the day ? It need not be Happy…it could be sad..you can’t expect everything to go well as per your mood !!!
The strange possible way that works well for me to know myself is to keep myself away from everything in my life for a while…kind of pausing my thought process and every thought, happiness, sadness aside for sometime in a day…
I like to call it strange because people don’t like be alone. I love it. Being alone teaches me to enjoy my own company and not to expect anything from anyone.
I simply go onto the terrace and I look at the buildings, trees, people going downstairs(without thinking a bit about them)… I listen/concentrate on the silence around me.
You soul needs you sometimes…
Looks weird to be alone, but try this once…It does work.
